Bzz Agent campaign! Garnier Fructis Triple Nutrition Miracle Dry Oil Campaign!

I have been getting pretty lucky with BzzAgent campaigns, I'm so grateful!  And I LOVE everything I've been receiving.. This is a miracle dry oil is for your hair,  body AND face!  I love that idea, sort of  like Argan oil but this is instead made of three different oils; olive, avocado and shea. Dry oil doesn't leave much of an oily residue (just a tiny bit), it almost instantly absorbs into your skin and leaves your skin silky.  This fragrance smells pretty good too, very clean and light.  Its a fruity floral type of scent.

Recently my hands have been very VERY dry.  I don't think I've ever actively applied hand cream on but now I try to make more of an effort.  The winter is harsh on my hands and there are now, red, very dry patches that burn when I wash my hands. I'm curious to know if this will work to make it better...

Edit to add --  I have been using this VERY frequently, my bottle is almost empty!  Well, after my shower at the gym, I like to dry my body and spray this ALL over my body.  I proceed to massage it into my skin.  After blow drying my hair, the oil seeps nicely into my skin but any extra residue from over spritzing is wiped down by my towel.  The overly powerful scent subsides, although, I do notice it if I press my nose against my skin.  It's very moisturizing but it does leave my skin dry by the next afternoon.

As for my hair, it is very oily so every time I have spritzed it on, it was only ONE spritz and made my hair oily.

And my face?  Well, it's VERY oily and I am not comfortable using it on my face.

Overall, Garnier Fructis Triple Nutrition Miracle Dry Oil is only okay.  I probably would not purchase it again but it did open my eyes to using oils as a body moisturizer.  I did LOVE the spray top idea for easy handling especially at the gym.  I wasn't crazy about the scent even though it did subside.

BzzAgent Campaign! Schick Hydro Razor!

BzzAgent Campaign! Schick Hydro Razor!

Only sometimes do I shave my body, I usually opt for waxing because it lasts longer.  Nonetheless, I am happy to be a part of this campaign.  My BzzKit contained:
(1) Schick Hydro Razor
(8) coupons for $5 off

What makes this razor different from the others is the Water-Activated Serum infused with marine extracts and shea butter that is activated by water to help prevent razor bumps, cuts and nicks.  There are 5 "Curve Sensing blades" which help protect the skin from irritation and get a close shave.  Although,  I have read reviews where users have frequently got razor burn from this razor.  So I just lathered up extra shaving cream to prevent it from happening.  The kit also comes with an additional head that can be used when you need to replace the used one in a few weeks.  In addition, there is a suction cup holder to keep the razor on your shower wall.

BzzAgent Campaign! Goya!

BzzAgent Campaign! Goya!

I love Goya! I use Adobo in my cooking routine 9/10 times and Goya beans are the ONLY ones I've ever chose.  However, I have never tried the boxed rice before since my sister taught me how to make it authentically.  Either way, I am excited to be part of this campaign!
My BzzKit contained:
(1) BzzGuide
(1) can of Goya black beans
(1) Adobo seasoning
(1) box of Arroz
(8) booklets of coupons for $ off of Goya items (Adobo, beans, boxed rice and olive oil)

View of the rice being made!

Overall, this kit sent was DELICIOUS! I loved the rice and beans ;]  I even added a little adobo to the rice and to the chicken I made.  I didn't take a picture of the results because I was so hungry and I dove right in ;]

BzzAgent Campaign! MorningStar Veggie Burgers

BzzAgent Campaign! MorningStar Veggie Burgers

I've never made veggie burgers and I think I've only had them once before so this should be exciting to try.
My BzzKit contained:
(1) BzzCard Guide
(1) Free Morning Star Veggie Burger coupon
(5) $ off coupon

I ventured to my local Trader Joe's and found them there!

I have read reviews on my favorite forum (makeuptalk!), and many ladies suggested that veggie burgers are not technically a substitute for real burgers- instead you should think of them as a complete separate entity and use toppings to make it special.  I think I will include avocado, lettuce and grilled onions to it!

December 2012 Ipsy Bag!

Item Contents:
  • Mai Couture Highlighting papier (25 count)
  • Mirabella primer for face and eues
  • Urban Decay 24/7 Glide on eyeliner in zero
  • NYX loose pearl shadow Silver Pearl
  • Be a Bombshell lipgloss in Hot Mess
  • JustFab coupon code for $20 off Ipsy girl's line

They are promoting the crap out of their collaboration with JustFab.  I was tempted the last time to order something since every item is $39.50 but with the ipsy promotion, you could score a pair of shoes or handbag for $20.  This seems to be one of those subscription services for shoes and bags where they'll charge you every month for one JustFab credit if you decide to skip the month and not purchase anything.  I am not interested in bags and shoes that I cannot see in person and touch or try on.  All the ladies of Ipsy chose a shoe and handbag that represents their style.  I really like Andrea's style of boots but the handbag looks unnecessarily heavy.

December 2012 - Love with Food

I took advantage of a groupon offer for 3 months of Love with Food for $15 ($5/box) I never tried a food subscription but couldn't let this offer go!
Love with Food is normally $15/month. For every box bought, one meal will be donated to someone in need.  This month featured TWO meals dontated for every box, for the victims of Hurrican Sandy in NY/NJ.
I am located in Staten Island and LOVE to see how Love with Food is extending their hand to help out.
Thus, this box is amazing on this point alone.
